Qualifications
- 2+ years social media experience or related field.
- Experience using social media platforms and tools preferred. Including but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat, as well as tools like Salesforce Social Studio, Sprout, Later, etc.
- Experience sourcing, creating/managing content development and publishing.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the latest trends in social media creation, platforms and consumption.
- Familiarity with photography, video editing and design and experience and proficiency in design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to commit to a flexible schedule, being available to make social posts and answer inquiries when collaborates need information, which will include weekends and evenings and some holidays.
- An innovative mindset, with unwavering commitment to creating excellent content.
- Strong decision-making, time management & planning skills.
- Exceptional storytelling, brand voice, brand writing and social marketing skills with proven ability to develop content that travels beyond just a singular social post.
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to direct story telling across multiple media including general posts, video, infographics, etc.
- Strong track record of delivering results and producing thoughtful, creative ideas.
- High energy, "can do" personality and ability to thrive in fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must possess superior communications skills. (Listening, writing and speaking)
Education and Experience
High School diploma or GED equivalent; and 2+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
