    Job Description

    Responsible for conceptualization, creation and implementation of design solutions that meet marketing strategies, in a wide range of graphic applications including collateral materials, environmental graphics, catalog publications, brand identity, company presentations, packaging, video titling and multimedia interfaces and tools. Creates experiential marketing experiences through video and motion graphics across multiple marketing channels, while keeping up with current creative trends.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate and assist in the creation of concepts, comps, layouts, and final art.
    • Create, edit, and produce engaging videos in support of business objectives that will be distributed across different marketing channels that include, but are not limited to: emails, landing pages, cross-channel marketing campaigns, digital banners, social media, websites, and other marketing collateral
    • Communicate and create travel inspiration through visuals, animations, and video
    • Collaborate with fellow Team Members and strategy leaders to create effective experiences
    • Formulate storyboards to effectively plan before projects are started
    • Design and create graphic elements to be used in video projects
    • Assist and, at times, shoot video and/or take photos for video project footage
    • Effectively understands web and mobile design standards and best practices and how video can be best integrated in these different experiences
    • Set attainable timelines, and communicate effectively
    • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

    Experience:

    • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in video marketing and multimedia
    • Design/advertising agency experience is preferred.
    • Experience in video recording and editing is required.
    • Agency experience in creating impact videos, commercials, and/or other marketing video assets is preferred.
    • Typographic and color theory competence preferred.

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Marketing or equivalent discipline or appropriate combination of experience and education.

    Skills/Knowledge:

    • Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects)
    • Asana (or other comparable project management platform)
    • Basic copywriting skills
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word / Excel / PowerPoint etc.)
    • A Digital Portfolio that demonstrates the candidate’s video design, editing, and production abilities is required
    • Knowledge of HTML5 preferred
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
    • Ability to problem solve and pay meticulous attention to detail.
    • Adept at multitasking
    • Affinity toward teamwork
    • Is self-motivated and able to take projects from start to finish with little oversight and deliver in a timely manner
    • Desire to help others succeed.
    • Work independently and as part of a team
