Job Description

Join our team as a Driver , responsible for operating minibuses, vans, lightweight trucks, and full-size trains, including mini trains for various activities. You will transport guests, clients, trainees, or company personnel, ensuring safe and efficient travel. • Transport resort guests along an established route
• Transportation of team members to and from parking areas
• Attend and participate in staff meetings
• Onsite interoffice mail delivery
• Assist disabled passengers in and out of vehicles
• Operate radio or similar device to communicate with a base station or other vehicles to report disruption of service
• Clean and service vehicles with fuel, lubricants, and accessories
• Inspect vehicle every day prior to operation for safety hazards and vehicle maintenance and turn the inspection sheet to the department manager’s office

Qualifications

• CDL driver's license with passenger endorsement required
• Must have one year experience in driving the class of vehicle operated and must meet all state and local licensing requirements
• Must maintain satisfactory driving records and must take a mandatory defensive driving safety class
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds occasionally
• Training for the full-size and mini-train will be conducted on the property
