Requirements
- Proven experience as an appliance technician or similar role, preferably in a hospitality or resort environment.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a variety of appliances and HVAC systems.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read schematics, manuals, and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments.
- Occasional carrying and lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid FL State Driver’s License to drive company vehicle.
