• Deliver a stellar experience to our guests and possess a genuine passion for providing exceptional service.
• Write detailed and accurate incident reports.
• Be swift to act, keeping a watchful eye on resort activity.
• Respond to emergency situations.
• Conduct routine safety and security inspections.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner.
• Prior experience in Security is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
