WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A DAYLINE SALES REPRESENTATIVE?

• Interact and serve as tour guide to all resort guests
• Attend morning sales and division meeting and mandatory functions
• Present Westgate Resorts to each scheduled tour and use persuasive techniques to pitch and sell weeks of timeshare at the resort
• Provide exceptional customer service to all owners and guests, making sure the needs are exceeded
• Complete all paperwork and documentation following established procedures for all sales transactions

Qualifications

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN A DAYLINE SALES REPRESENTATIVE?

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must possess exceptional sales techniques

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• Valid Driver’s License
• Florida Real Estate License a PLUS!

SKILLS

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, professional demeanor and driven to succeed
• Must be comfortable speaking in public and building rapport with guests
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passionate about delivering excellent levels of service Proven experience with the ability to effectively present information and answer questions from guests, owners, and management
• Effective persuasion skills to showcase the benefits of owning a Westgate Resorts timeshare
• Must be able to verbally communicate, read, and write in English
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
