    Job Description

    JOB SUMMARY Provides one-on-one ongoing training and management of Marketing Coordinator (OPC) personnel, assists in scheduling and filling shifts as needed, and is active at all times in the recruitment and development of said personnel. JOB DUTIES

    • Conducts one-on-one training of Marketing Coordinators; daily
    • Provides performance and evaluation feed-back to the Field Manager to ensure continued improvement of Marketing Coordinator staff; daily
    • Assists in scheduling shifts daily and weekly and in filling shifts as needed
    • Indirect management of OPCs; daily intervals
    • Provide input on the continued development of Marketing sales tools and POS procedures; irregular intervals
    • Provide input on the continued development of Marketing sales scripts; irregular intervals
    • Active recruitment of Marketing Personnel; daily intervals while in the Field as well as being on the look-out for job fairs and other avenues from which recruits can be obtained
    • Ensure staff is following all procedures while at their shifts and are conducting themselves professionally and efficiently; as needed

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Indirectly manages Marketing Coordinator personnel by assisting the Field Manager in this area
    • Final management decisions are made by the Field Manager
    • The position provides integral information necessary for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation for Marketing Coordinator personnel
    • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws
    • Responsibilities include interviewing, training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; recommending the rewarding and disciplining of team members to the Field Manager; addressing complaints and promptly responding to and resolving problems with the Field Managers approval

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
