Job Description

As the Special Projects II you will have the capacity to move from one construction disciple to another where demands require. You have will also have the ability to design and read plans or renderings to achieve desired objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures project schedules are followed
• Ability to read diagrams and plans
• Operates forklift, and related equipment
• Demolition
• Knowledge and experience of building materials
• Basic plumbing knowledge
• Intermediate to excellent electrical skills
• Basic to intermediate masonry skills
• Drywall, taping and mudding
• Framing
• Tile work
• Basic masonry work
• Finish work
• Excellent use of power tools
• Safety minded

Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core values:

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• 3-5 years experience in the construction or renovation industry
• Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver’s license to drive company golf carts
