Qualifications
- The individual must be an energetic, self-motivated and expressive with a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to be versatile, work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a resort or commercial environment.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Minimum High School diploma, Bachelors or Associate’s in a maintenance related field preferred.
- 2 year of technical training.
- 2 year in Engineering/Maintenance operations in a resort/commercial environment preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Must communicate effectively with immediate supervisors and resort leadership.
- Written and verbal communication in English is expected.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to be insured under our policy for driving company vehicles
