Summary

The position must be a motivated specialist who has the ability to think quickly, handle complex situations and can provide the wholesale, groups, and OTA’s with the highest quality of service.

• Booking reservations though various channels
  • Extranets
  • Email / Requests
  • Wholesale Contracts
  • Travel Agents
  • Online Bookings
  • Online Travel Agencies
  • Internal Website
• Familiarity and efficiency with computer systems, knowledge of seasonal rates and awareness of black-out dates.
• Confirming/Canceling reservations
• Problem resolution – Ability to solve problems without hesitation.
• Communicate Allotment, Rates, Availability Updates
• Update all Channels of Reservations through each website
• Process all charges based on payment terms
• Communicate credit card transactions
• Confirmation information
• Analyze and Report accounting Issues
