  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Helps the resort sales and marketing operations to run well, handling problems in conjunction with the general managers and informing managers and informing managers of all situations that occurred on the daily operation.

    DUTIES

    • Assist customers that attend the sales presentation by assuring they stay and complete the 
    • tour.
    • Verify daily manifest report and complete paperwork at the end of the shift.
    • Follow instructions assigned by the Manager and/or Supervisor and inform manager of all problems and management decisions made during the day.
    • Confer with the Director of Sales on any non-qualified tour.
    • Make decisions on OPC or Broker chargebacks.
    • Authorize at its own discretion to resolve issues and conflicts with customers.

    Must have word processing and spreadsheet knowledge, have good communication skills, be a self-starter without extensive need for direction, work well with others, be organized, focused on accuracy, and be able to meet deadlines. Must be able to work under pressure and handle problems or complaints that may arise with potential owners.
