Starting Pay: $15 + / hour Plus 10% of the profit margin on tickets

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. These demands include those typical for a desk job/office-related work with high emphasis on retail- type sales, specifically, with a vast amount of time spent sitting at the desk utilizing the hands in cash and credit card transactions, typing, writing, and generating reports and other documents; and a significant amount of time spent talking with and listening to guests primarily, but also to team members and managers. Some time is spent walking in the retrieval of various documents, etc. Further, some time is spent stooping, kneeling, or crouching in the filing of documents, tickets, and merchandise and the retrieval of it. No climbing, balancing, tasting, or smelling is involved in any necessary job task related to this position. This job does not require that weight be lifted or force be exerted, although from time to time, boxes of supplies weighing approximately no more than 60 pounds must be moved from one area to another, and in an effort to expedite processing or complete a job task, these items are moved appropriately. Close vision is required in interpreting and completing the highly detailed reports. Color vision is used in locating filed items.
