Job Description

Promotes Westgate Resorts through arranging tours for qualified potential timeshare purchasers, books room nights, sells attraction tickets, and provides concierge services in contracted locations.You will greet guests that have toured the Westgate Dayline Timeshare presentation in a designated area. Guests are offered an incentive to return the following day(s) to preview the Westgate Travel Club presentation.

DUTIES

• Presents and arranges Westgate Travel Club tour promotion to qualified guests at various contracted locations on a daily basis.
• Arrange and book tours of the resort for possible timeshare sales.
• Able to work flexible schedules ( day / hours ) including weekends and holidays.
• Able to work indoor and outdoor locations in inclement weather conditions. Ex: cold & hot weather.
• Able to handle cash and tickets accurately and securely.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
