The Spa Lash Technician will perform a unique array of treatments as well as lash extensions and will provide information about home care and personal appearance needs for our customers. The Spa Lash Technician will deliver the most beneficial, professionally elegant and consistent treatment available to our customers. The Spa Lash Technician is required to adhere to the mission and values of Widewaters’ Hotels, LLC.

What you will be doing

Spa Services (60%)

Perform full set of lashes as well as fills

Upsells, promotes and educates guests on after care products or additional services.

Presents a warm and gracious persona for customers and co-workers.

Thoroughly make retail product recommendations and sales.

Assist in cleaning and restocking of the facilities

Practices the highest standard of sanitation and tidiness in the spa.

Stay up to date on trends and knowledge of current services.

Communications (20%)

Attend and participate in all staff, team, and educational training/meetings.

Must have a positive attitude at all times.

Must be effective in listening to, understanding, and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and customers.

Assists in the communication of the mission, vision and success of the organization.

Communicates to lead supervisors and managers product levels and order needs.

Other (20%)

Able to handle guest issues in an effective manner.

Must adhere to all company policies and procedures as well as the Widewaters Hotels LLC Employee Handbook.

Other special projects as assigned that the associate has the ability to do.

Requirements

High School Degree or Equivalent is preferred.

Minimum one (1) year experience in a spa service provider role.

Must possess a thorough knowledge of the hospitality industry and have sound administrative skills.

Must possess a valid state Cosmetology or Esthetician License.
