What you will be doing

Provide information and welcomes guests to the hotel's Spa

Coordinate all guest requests and reservations for special Spa arrangements or services, courteously and efficiently and informs guests of spa services and features.

Balance daily transaction and following cash handling protocols.

Maintain the cleanliness of the spa (restocking and monitoring the locker room removing used robes and sandal).

Requirements

Excellent guest relations' skills.

Excellent verbal & written communication skills with guests and co-workers.

Excellent telephone etiquette.

Computer literate with a typing speed of at least 20 w.p.m.

Detail-oriented, team player.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and maintain a tidy physical property for spa guests.

Ability to work well under pressure.

Long hours sometimes required.

Weekend/Holiday availability is mandatory in addition to other necessary shifts during the week as a reflection of the hotel occupancy.
