This will enable you to provide services that ensure guest satisfaction and maximize revenues. You will also offer hair style and care recommendations, as well as upsell related products or services.- Be a Professional: Your commitment to providing high-quality service will be evident in everything you do. You will maintain a clean and stocked work area, adhere to hygiene standards, and handle cash and credit transactions with courtesy. Responsibilities: • Requires a current license with prior customer service and/or hotel experience preferred. • Must be able to work long hours, mostly on your feet. • Physical requirements include the ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. • Must be able to bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms. • Must be able to quickly and agilely respond to situations requiring quick assistance. • Will work under variable temperatures and noise levels. • Must possess the ability to see details at close range and use scissors, razors, and other tools with great care. • Must be able to convey and understand information and ideas in English. • Must be proficient in special event hairstyles (updos, evening curls, wedding hair). • Ability to do make-up or nails is a plus, but not required.
