    We are looking for an experienced and talented Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to join the team at Woodcliff Hotel & Spa in Rochester, NY. This position offers a competitive salary of 80,000-85,000 yearly and comes with unique perks and growth opportunities. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, the Assistant Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel's food and beverage department. This includes supervising, training, and motivating staff, ensuring a commitment to high customer service levels are met, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are enforced, designing and implementing menus and food promotions, and managing the overall budget. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position as well as a background in hospitality management and excellent organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities: • Supervise, train, and assess the performance of all food and beverage staff. • Develop and implement budgets and pricing strategies for food and beverage operations. • Develop menus, special offers, seasonal promotions, and other creative initiatives. • Ensure all hygiene, health, and safety regulations are adhered to at all times. • Maintain relationships with the local community and industry partners. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. • 3-5 years of management experience in Food & Beverage operations in a hotel or resort setting. • Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations, beverage operations, event operations and general food and beverage service standards. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and point of sale systems. • US Work Authorization Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 yearly
