As a QA Engineer Intern at Workfront, you will be an integral contributor to our agile development teams, taking the vision for Workfront products to ensure an amazing customer experience.  You will work in a cross-functional Agile team reviewing and estimating assigned work, creating test cases from requirements, assisting with test case automation, executing test scenarios, and validating the functionality implemented for Workfrontâ??s Work Automation Cloud platform. As a QA Engineer Intern, you will use your talent and skills to review requirements, conduct exploratory testing, create and execute test cases, report defects and verify defect resolutions, validate features and support those all the way to production release and beyond.  Your daily efforts will lead directly to ensuring high-quality and timely releases to the Workfront platform. This is a paid internship that offers a flexible schedule of up to 28 hours a week. A Typical Day in Your World: * Meet with your team and communicate the current state of testing activities and the quality of the application; provide updates about work you were able to complete yesterday and will complete today. * Work with your team to plan your sprint and take on tasks that will help your team succeed. * Review requirements and work with Product Management to eliminate ambiguities and potential conflicts early in the process. * Create and execute test cases and test plans to evaluate functionality and usability for assigned products and features. * Collaborate on automating test cases to increase the speed of the testing process. * Identify, report, and track software defects as well as verify the fixes. * Work with Customer Support to investigate and escalate defects reported by Workfront customers. * Build experience with Workfront feature areas owned by your team to become a subject matter expert. * Communicate test results and status to the team and leadership.  * Have a fabulous lunch with people you respect and admire.
