Generate Revenue by procuring new customers through prospecting and face-to-face meetings with C-Level Executives (Business owners, CFO's, etc.) Control Revenue by maximizing profits through pricing strategies, margin control, and mitigating customer loss Administer consultative sales initiatives from proposal stage through customer acceptance and implementation Work closely with customer support groups to enhance sales and customer satisfaction Achieve defined sales goals and development standards required to attain the next level of career advancement
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Constant field training & Company paid training at Dallas headquarters with top executives (CEO, VP Sales) Post nominal designation program Company paid continuing education travel 2 times per year
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$45,000 Base Salary + uncapped and residual commissions $3k p/year in allowances Unlimited earning potential Performance based raises in $1,000 - $2,500 increments Performance based bonuses in $1,000 - $2,500 increments with gifts Local and Nat'l contests. Work hard/play hard culture!
