    We are seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager at our Oak Creek Branch.     As part of our branch leadership team, this position is responsible for assisting with day-to-day branch operations, leading teams of associates to create quality banking experiences for our members, and building, strengthening and retaining member relationships.

     

    DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Assists in hiring, training, supervising and evaluating the staff. Serves as the manager when needed.
    • Assures that the members receive high quality, efficient, friendly and professional service.
    • Trains branch personnel in various duties, and oversees the scheduling of personnel, ordering of cash, and work flow of the branch.
    • Serves as a PFO as needed in order to provide optimum member service.
    • Completes and forwards all monthly logs to the proper personnel in a timely fashion.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Required Skills Required Experience

    • High school diploma or equivalent. College degree is preferred.  Two years of management experience in a retail banking experience or successful completion of the Management Trainee Program.
    • Demonstrated success in leading a financial retail branch to achieve customer service and sales goals.
    • Demonstrated experience balancing multiple priorities and managing a variety of projects in a high volume work environment with strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
    • Ability to use independent judgment and discretion in various situations while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
    • Must have, or be able to attain, a National Mortgage Licensing System registration (NMLS#) and be licensed, or be able to attain licensure, to sell credit insurance.
    • Must have a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to the position.  Must understand and comply with all job related state and federal laws and regulations.

    4. Ability to utilize computers for documentation purposes.
    5. Technically competent in tasks within the scope of practice of a Registered Nurse.
    6. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
    7. Ability to read and comprehend English at a level necessary to follow written and oral instructions and safety precautions.
