ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE PROCESSOR role is based in LEAR FINANCIAL SHARED SERVICE CENTRE LOCATED IN BRNO, CZECH REPUBLIC. Centre is supporting European Lear plants and covers internal Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing with focus on process standardization and highest quality service to all supported entities. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• Ensure timely and appropriate recording of all transactions in accounts receivables
• Facilitate efficient invoice processing to meet the targets
• Analyze AR related issues and solve issues independently
• Ensure fulfilment of company obligations to third parties based on established procedures and guidelines
• Develop and maintain close working relationships with business units’ external customers
• Month-end activities, prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports
• Ensure correct archiving of all documents

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in business administration / accounting/ finance preferred
• Upper-Intermediate English (corporate language and process related documentation in English)
• Previous experience in an accounts receivable process and some exposure to a Shared Service environment is an advantage
• User level PC skills (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel), MFG-Pro, QAD and MS Access is an advantage
• Awareness of mutual dependencies between processes, people and organizational units
• Capability to learn quickly, being open and flexible to changing environment
• Analytical reasoning
• Team player with ability to work independently
• Result oriented personality with focus on detail and deadlines
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Flexibility and stress resistance
