    Job ID: 1804579 Job Function: Finance Treasury Location: Orlando, Florida United States Brand / Resort: Wyndham Vacation Ownership Schedule: Full-time Risk Management & Insurance Analyst 23 Mar 2018 Wyndham is currently seeking a Risk Management and Insurance Analyst in Orlando, Florida. This position is responsible for supporting casualty claims and the general risk management function for the organization. This cost management role would consist of pro-active claim administration for casualty claims by providing analysis on each open claim, as well as devising and implementing resolution strategies that have a positive impact on the file. Additionally, this position will provide transparent and reliable claim reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to corporate management and our business unit leaders. On a secondary level, this role will also provide assistance with other departmental risk management objectives including the use of our Risk Management Information System (RMIS) to conduct analysis of claims data, insurance policy and claim document management and retention, general insurance program administration, and special projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Claim Management * Collaborate with all parties to include human resources, operations, loss prevention and adjusters/brokers to proactively resolve open claims effectively * Schedule, attend, and lead claim resolution discussions for telephonic claim reviews and others conducted at carriers regional claim offices * Develop and build relationships with claims adjusters, HR, and Resort Managers * Lead education and training efforts for HR and Operation managers * Develop and distribute periodic reports with commentary * Ensure data integrity * Monitor trends and identify opportunities or risks * Administer RMIS application * Assist the team with adding new claim location codes * Managing user base and user access levels * Support and train all users on incident and claim applications * Track fulfill and monitor Certificates of Insurance requests * Manage the annual insurance policy digest process Qualifications Education * Bachelors Degree Training requirements * ARM not required, but preferred Knowledge and skills * Ability to work under pressure * Must possess good written and oral communication skills Technical Skills * Must have excellent leadership skills and organization skills * Knowledge Workers Compensation claims process preferred Job experience * 2 years related work experience Unless there is a legal requirement, experience will be accepted for the education requirement.
