role. Online Marketplace Inventory & Fulfillment Analyst Austin, Texas

their adventures. We are built for the wild. As the Inventory &
Fulfillment Analyst for Online Marketplaces, your role will have direct
oversight for one of the most critical aspects involved in managing
YETIs business on Amazon. This role is responsible for managing in stock
performance and inventory availability as well as on-time fulfillment
for all orders supporting the Amazon channel along with other online
marketplaces. The position will be a part of the YETI Coolers
organization with a direct reporting relationship to Optivations (a
third-party with specialized expertise building and managing online
marketplace business for successful consumer brands). The position will
report directly into the Online Marketplace Channel Manager and will
work closely with the YETI supply chain team and its 3PL vendor. A look
at your day-to-day - Responsible for in-stock performance of products on
Amazon - Coordinate with YETI forecasting and planning teams to ensure
future product needs are incorporated in demand and production planning
- Coordinate with YETI fulfillment team to manage inventory bin and
address inventory constraints on a case-by-case basis - Establish
desired safety stock quantities to retain in FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon)
on key styles (based on sales velocity, order replenishment time, and
observed volatility) - Weekly, generate new FBA order to maintain
desired stock levels - Review FBA inventory levels daily and highlight
products that are at risk of running out (as needed, generate in-fill
FBA order to address) - Provide shipping instructions for all FBA orders
to 3PL team - Train 3PL vendor staff on FBA order requirements and
maintain training overtime as staff changes - Track and monitor all
orders against ship windows (for example: 2 business days for drop ship
orders; 1 week for FBA orders) - Manage pick-up windows with Amazon
carriers on FBA and (potentially) Amazon Direct orders - Oversee
shipping confirmation details on all drop ship orders and upload
tracking numbers into Seller Central - Track Amazon chargebacks (Amazon
Direct & FBA) and recommend programs to shift activities to 3PL vendor
where appropriate - Monitor 3PL vendor on shipping complete performance
for non-FBA order - Isolate shipping issues and opportunities with 3PL
vendor and create programs with warehouse staff to address - Track costs
and opportunities related to Amazon fulfillment and work with YETI
management to approve / execute (over-boxing, signature required, etc.)
- Be proactive in growing the business and developing the right insights
to better analyze the business Now for a little bit about you. - A
Bachelors Degree is required - Strong knowledge of forecasting,
inventory management, fulfillment, and logistics functions - 3+ years
experience in related functions with working knowledge of the full
supply-chain - Experience with ERP systems such as EPICOR, SAP, and
Oracle with ability to pull and analyze data from related BI tools - A
proven track record in developing new processes and bringing about
change and improvement without major disruption to the business -
Project and process management skills, change management skills,
attention to detail, analytical skills, the ability to plan, be
strategic and execute operationally on a regular basis - Excellent
client relationship and management skills - Expert capabilities in
Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Working knowledge of Amazon and its
systems / operations is preferred, but not required - Someone who is
proactive and inquisitive and doesnt sit back and wait for direction -
