ACA Sales Manager (2-15 Licensed) 
Location:  East Tampa – This position is onsite
 
Pay:  $90,000 per year plus bonus opportunities
 
Type:  Direct hire
 
Schedule:  Must be open to nights and weekends as needed
 
 
Job description:
- Lead & Manage ACA Sales Team: Recruit, onboard, and supervise a team of licensed health insurance agents in a high-volume call center or telesales environment. 
 - Drive Performance & Compliance: Coach agents on sales techniques, monitor KPIs (e.g., lead conversion, call activity), and ensure adherence to CMS and state regulations. 
 - Optimize Sales Operations: Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to maximize lead utilization and streamline the sales funnel. 
 - Reporting & Strategy: Analyze performance data, implement incentive programs, and present regular reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. 
 - Stay Current & Resolve Issues: Keep up with ACA product, carrier, and policy updates, while assisting with escalated cases and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements: 
- Must have (3)+ years of recent health insurance sales 
 - Must have (2)+ years of recent sales management or leadership 
 - Must be open to nights and weekends during busy season 
 - Must have or obtain an active 2-15 license 
 - Must be proficient with CRMs 
 - High school diploma or equivalent 
 - Background check required
