Position Summary: The Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the field (sales reps, managers and ASM's) in respect to the ADT Pays Program. The coordinator will be instrumental in providing dispute resolution in respect to payment for promoters. The position will provide customer service to the field in documentation, e-mail correspondence and conduct program training. The coordinator will also be tasked with providing support for the Employee Benefits Program. This will include coordination of deliverables to employee benefit companies and setting up onsite visits by field team. Duties & Responsibilities: -Answer customer support inquiries by Sales Reps/Managers via ticketing system (ITCN and SupportADTPays systems) and phone calls -Research and approve new sales rep and managers for adtselfgen.com (ITCN) -Provide weekly documented reports for payment resolution to finance on behalf of promoters/sales reps -Support sales payment escalations and find violations from field -Support finance documentation and Alternate channels reporting -Coordinate deliverables to employee benefit companies and schedule on site visits for field -Provide detailed activity and performance measures for issue management and outstanding payments to promoters -Perform any other duties the Manager of ADT Pays deems necessary -Be instrumental in providing program analysis Education/Certification: -Associate's degree from a two-year college Experience: -2 years related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Skills: -Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. -Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, including monetary units. -Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. -Proficiency with computer hardware components and software packages.
