    Job Description

    An Associate Marketing Manager job in Brea, CA is available through Acara Solutions.  

    Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of Associate Marketing Manager experience.  

    In this role, successful candidates will be report to the Senior Marketing Manager and assist 

    in daily management, business planning, and support the Marketing team strategies in the 

    United States, Canada, and Europe. Candidates must collaborate with sales to deploy brand 

    strategy, field tactics, and training of stakeholders. The pay range for this role is $40.00 p/hour.   

     

    Associate Marketing Manager job responsibilities include:

     

    • Works with the Marketing team in design and implementation of category specific and 
    • cross -portfolio marketing materials and training tools.
    • Assists in the commercial tactical planning and execution for new product launches in North America and Europe. 
    • Guiding and shaping overall brand strategic decisions based off or market research, competitive intelligence, 
    • advisory boards, and emerging clinical data.
    • Contributing to the execution of product -specific marketing campaigns, customer, and field sales force communications.
    • Collaborating with product management, R&D, sales, legal, and regulatory.
    • Development of sales tools, product collateral and shares best sales/marketing practices and disseminate to regions and local markets.
    • Assisting in marketing sponsorship logistics for all major events
    • Assisting in triage and response to Field Sales Force requests.
    • Managing day -to -day product management related communications with all markets to support business needs.
    • Ability to influence and compel key stakeholders (internal and external customers) through consistent messaging.

    Required Skills / Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree from a 4 -year college or university.
    • 2 years of work -experience in marketing 
    • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook

    Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

    • Basic understanding of marketing 
    • Knowledge on Hootesuite or similar program 
    • Strong business acumen 
    • Effective time management skills 
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
    • Takes initiative, problem solver, questions status quo 
    • Ability to prioritize and manage resources to include project management 
    • Ability to consult with clients to determine project objectives, design, and methodology 
    • Experience in market research skills and working with incomplete or various data to develop coherent and structured outcomes

    • Due to Covid -19 restrictions this role can sit remote in the area
    • This Remote Role may later convert to Hybrid/Remote
