ACARA SOLUTIONS IS HIRING A SUPPLY CHAIN PROGRAM MANAGER POSITION FOR OUR LIVERMORE, CA BASED BUSINESS PARTNER.

INITIALLY START AS REMOTE UNTIL PHASE 3 APPROVED IN LIVERMORE. APPROXIMATELY JUNE 2021 (POSSIBLY SOONER, OR POSSIBLY LATER) ONCE LIFTED, THIS WOULD BE AN ONSITE POSITION IN LIVERMORE, CA.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
.
Provide dedicated, supply chain operations support to the Livermore factory. Manage non -technical, supply chain projects using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery. Coordinate cross -functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within tolerable risk levels.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
· Represent supply chain readiness for manufacturing build and system delivery/shipment
· Lead and participate in cross functional teams to identify material delivery risk to manufacturing
· Develop and monitor risk mitigation strategies, and coordinate root cause corrective actions
· Lead and participate in projects to resolve problems or to support continuous process improvement
· Develop timely reports and key performance indicators to identify/monitor material delivery challenges
· Ability to analyze and utilize data in decision making, achievement of business objectives, and driving best quality solutions, practices and policies
· Ability to work on a large set of issues and projects at the same time
· Escalate gaps and unattended risks and issues until resolved
REQUIRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
BSEE
5 Years Supply Chain work experience
5 Years Program/Project Manager work experience
