Job Description

Acara Solutions is looking for an Aerospace Technical Recruiter for our Client located in Torrance, CA

• To quickly vet technical resumes and conduct in -depth phone screens
• Passion for the details and providing a best -in -class candidate and hiring manager experience
• To navigate a startup environment and handle change as we build out our TA tools and resources

Pay Rate: $59hr.

REQUIRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years' full lifecycle recruiting experience (technical, aerospace, engineering, or startup a plus) juggling 40+ openings

PREFERRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
