    Job Description

    Acara Solutions is looking for a Call Center Representative I for our Client located in North Hollywood, CA

    • Under Direct Supervision, the Call Center Coordinator provides 24/7 support to Acute Care Service Facilities nationwide.
    • The Call Center Coordinator is an activity that helps facilitates communication between hospitals and providers by triaging and directing calls accordingly
    • Acts as a liaison between hospital staff, nurses, pharmacies, patients, etc., and providers
    • Responsible for triaging inbound calls for multiple Client facilities
    • Manage and maintain daily provider schedules for each facility
    • Responsible for relaying any daily schedule changes to staff
    • Responsible for relaying any scheduled process changes to management
    • Responsible for relaying updated or new provider contact info to staff and management
    • Accurately document inbound/outbound calls
    • Accurately enter inbound/outbound calls into the appropriate database
    • Perform other duties as assigned or requested by management

    PAY AND BENEFITS:

    • The Salary for this position is $17.00 per hour
    • AVAILABLE SHIFT: MONDAY
      • THURS 10:30 AM TO 7:00 PM PST
    • TRAINING SCHEDULE IF HIRED: MON -FRI 9 AM
      • 5 PM (2 TO 3 WEEKS)

    REQUIRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Minimum of 1 -year experience in a medical setting

    PREFERRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Knowledge of Medical terminology
    • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent judgment and decision -making skills
    • Work with minimal direction and supervision
    • Attention to detail; ability to work in a team -oriented environment

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

    • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
    • Prolonged sitting
    • Prolonged work on a PC/ Computer
    • Manual dexterity and frequent use of the computer to perform repetitive motions to comply with the essential functions.
    • Job performed in a well -lit, modern office setting
