This is an outside sales role, you will be expected to be in the office once a week if in the Dallas area

Pay: Year 1 OTE $250,000 + incentives
Base starting $130K-$150K

Summary:
We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to join a lean, high-performing team. This is a true outside sales role—if you’re in the office, you’re not doing what you’re supposed to do. You’ll own the full sales cycle: from hunting new logos to expanding relationships within existing accounts. There is enough business to feed this role for multiple years to come.
Job description:
- Prospect & Hunt: Aggressively identify and engage new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Land & Expand: Close initial deals and strategically grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling solutions.
- Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer success.
- Account Management: Manage accounts while growing your vertical.
- Market Penetration: Leverage a robust territory with enough business to sustain growth for multiple years.
What does success look like?
- High trust factor: This is a tight-knit community, most companies only buy from those they know, and trust
- You have the connections: Must be well-networked to drive business and get intros to new opportunities
- Revenue target: $1M GP in year 1

Requirements:
- Must have recent data center industry experience with a background in technical sales
- Must be a well-connected networking expert
- Must have the ability to understand complex technical requirements and develop solutions
- Can speak to all sides of the house: White space, gray space
- Travel: 50%+
- High school diploma or equivalent
