Pay: OTE $70,000-90,000 year one
OTE Year 2: $110,000+
$50,000 Base+ monthly commission, uncapped
Type: Direct hire
Schedule: Core office hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm est

Job description:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
- Consultative Sales & Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell seminar marketing services aligned with client goals and industry trends.
- Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business models and demonstrating the ROI and value of our marketing events.Deliver engaging presentations on digital marketing products (SEO, PPC, social media, websites).
- Performance Analysis: Deliver campaign insights, data-driven recommendations, and optimization strategies to enhance client outcomes.
- Collaboration & Client Success: Serve as the primary post-sale contact, ensuring seamless onboarding and repeat engagements while partnering with internal teams to exceed expectations.

Requirements:
- Must have (3)+ years of experience with client-facing account management in marketing
- Experience selling or supporting digital marketing solutions (SEO, PPC, websites, social media, etc.)
- Proven ability to sell, upsell, cross-sell, Cold Calls, outbound calls
- Must be computer proficient to use CRMs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background check required
