    Account Manager (Marketing) 

    Location: Troy, MI, 48084 – This position is onsite

    Pay: OTE $70,000 year one
    OTE Year 2: $100,000+
    $50,000 annually based on experience + monthly commission, uncapped

    (average about $1,600 per month but some months are busier than others. A top candidate could earn more in the first year. 2nd year compensation would be over the 6 figure range. Commission is uncapped).

    Schedule: Core office hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm CST

    Summary: Entry-level sales roles. These individuals will work closely with senior members of our Sales team to nurture and expand existing client accounts, with the goal of progressing into a full-time Marketing Consultant role managing their own book of business.

    Job description:

    1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
    2. Consultative Sales & Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell seminar marketing services aligned with client goals and industry trends.
    3. Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business models and demonstrating the ROI and value of our marketing events.
    4. Performance Analysis: Deliver campaign insights, data-driven recommendations, and optimization strategies to enhance client outcomes.
    5. Collaboration & Client Success: Serve as the primary post-sale contact, ensuring seamless onboarding and repeat engagements while partnering with internal teams to exceed expectations.

    Requirements:

    • Must have (3)+ years of experience with client-facing account management in marketing
    • Proven ability to sell, upsell, cross-sell, Cold Calls, outbound calls 
    • Must be computer proficient to use CRMs
    • High school diploma or equivalent
