    Location: Tampa, 33605 – This position is onsite

    Pay: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour

    Type: Contract to hire

    Schedule: M-F, 7:30a-4:30p

     

    Job description:

    1. Process and manage all accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) activities, ensuring accurate coding, timely invoicing, and alignment with project job costs.
    2. Coordinate with vendors, project managers, and customers to resolve invoice discrepancies, billing issues, and support progress billing and close-out documentation.
    3. Issue purchase orders, track vendor invoices, reconcile credit card statements, and maintain compliance with lien releases, Notices to Owner (NTOs), and vendor documentation.
    4. Maintain organized financial and project records, including W-9s, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and digital documentation using project management tools and Google Drive.
    5. Support month-end accounting processes and general office operations, including administrative tasks and maintaining an organized, efficient work environment.

     

    Nice to have:

    • Construction experience

     

    Requirements:

    • Must have (2)+ years of experience accounting
    • Must have recent QuickBooks experience
    • Must have experience with Google Drive
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Background check required
    • Drug screening required
