Create software tools to analyze large biological datasets * Design
software for product development tasks including automation and quality
control * Interact cross-functionally with teams throughout Adaptive,
including software engineering, computational biology, and the R&D and
production labs Experience and Skills: Required * Strong coding skills
in Python and/or Java * Eagerness to learn about the biology and
technology behind Adaptives assays Preferred * Experience in software
development for scientific or statistical applications * Experience with
collaborative software development tools such as git * Work or course
experience in any of the following subjects: * Statistics / machine
learning * Genomics * Immunology Salary is commensurate with experience
