    Job Description

    POSITION TITLE: Global IT Finance Manager

    ORGANIZATION: Contract through Adecco at client (disclosed upon submittal) 

    PAYRATE: $55.00/hr

    LOCATION: Remote      

    **W-2 POSITION - CANNOT WORK WITH C2C. 

    PURPOSE:

    ·         Financial Manager within IT Finance that supports Stanley’s Global IT organization which oversees $450M+ of annual spend. Engage with finance team members, business finance teams, and IT stakeholders on financial performance.

    ·         Support critical financial processes including annual operating plans, quarterly forecasting, vendor reconciliations, and monthly close analysis

    ·         Engage in continuous improvement to implement processes and systems which automate finance tasks and enable more strategic priorities

     

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

    ·         Support vendor reconciliations, financial forecasting, and accounting closes

    ·         Engage with international finance teams to ensure accurate and complete financials, specifically related to measuring business case performance for IT Managed Service Providers

    ·         Support review and analysis of financial results during monthly close and assist IT Finance leadership with senior leadership report outs on financial results

    ·         Partner with accounting and IT stakeholders to support Fixed Asset reporting, including review and approval of all capital purchases that include IT costs

    ·         Engage with Managed Service Providers to ensure accurate reporting of services, including invoice reconciliation, billing of local entities, and timely payments

    ·         Implement, support and improve standardized reporting across finance IT

    ·         Provide ad hoc analysis and enhancements to current processes

     

    SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

    ·         Experience with financial modeling, capital and expense accounting, and key financial systems

    ·         Project Management: Effectively manage multiple deliverables and priorities & meet deadlines

    ·         Proactive leadership: Execute against self-identified priorities

    ·         Problem Solver: Comes to the conversation with implementable recommendations and consistently looks to make improvements

    ·         Energy, enthusiasm and ability to quickly gain and share knowledge with others

    ·         Collaborative and agile; able to work in a team to meet deadlines

    ·         Preparing management reports on spend, productivity and other KPIs

    ·         Strong presentation skills to executive level updates

    WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

    ·         5+ years in a large, multi-national/global company

    ·         Demonstrated experience & leadership progression

    EDUCATION REQUIRED

    ·         Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field

    ·         Graduate Degree Helpful

    ·         Graduate of a formal financial leadership program a plus
