  • Responsibilities

     

    The Admin Assistant is an integral member of the team and will support the company President and Executive Director as well as future Project Managers, and project Superintendents, but will report directly to the Executive Director. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Attire is business-casual, but not too relaxed.


    Contract to hire

    Location: Tampa, FL 33610

    Pay rate: $22 hr.

    Mon-Fri 8am- 5:00pm

    Full Onsite, Small office

     

    • Must have Quickbooks Experience!

     

    Responsibilities

    • Answer and direct phone calls
    • Organize and schedule appointments
    • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
    • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
    • General bookkeeping: tracking accounts receivables and accounts payable
    • Submit and reconcile expense reports
    • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
    • Develop and maintain a filing system
    • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
    • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
    • Maintain contact lists
    • Book travel arrangements
    • Provide general support to visitors


      Requirements

    • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
    • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
    • Must have QUICKBOOKS
    • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
    • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
    • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
