(AOTI) is dedicated to providing Advanced Wound Care products that utilize our patented non-invasive Topical Wound Oxygen (TWO2) therapy. Our innovative products can help close all wound types, and are particularly effective in chronic (diabetic, pressure, and venous ulcers) and acute (post-surgical, cosmetic, and burn) wounds. In closing previously unresponsive wounds, TWO2 therapy has significant impact on saving limbs, reducing overall healthcare costs, and greatly improving patients' quality of life. AOTI is seeking a highly energetic, motivated Account Executive (Sales Rep.) to develop the Houston, TX marketplace. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast growing company with a unique, disruptive wound care therapy. The Account Executive is responsible for driving the utilization of AOTI wound care products within an assigned territory in the wound care segment. The primary call points are in Veterans Affairs (VA) acute care facilities, hospitals, wound clinics and private offices. The Account Executive can expect to call on podiatric surgeons, vascular surgeons, internist and orthopedic surgeons. AOTIs unique TWO2 device is a multi-modality oxygen therapy that is provided as an in-home solution for patients with Diabetic and Venous Ulcers. The Account Executive must be comfortable calling on both the hospital and wound care setting in addition to providing in-home instructions to the patients that are prescribed the TWO2 therapy. The ideal candidate will have wound care or medical device sales experience however we encourage all applicants who have strong, documented sales experience to apply. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Generate territory plan of action in conjunction with AOTIs Sales Training Manager * Achieve annual performance and territory patient goals utilizing excellent sales/territory management skills and customers relationships * In-service appropriate personnel in hospitals, outpatient departments, wound clinics and private offices * Deliver product presentations to key customers and customers groups * Generate use of products by utilizing our clinical research resources provided and by educating customers with provided sales collateral material * Utilize proper presentation and selling skills including; probing, supporting and closing * Penetrate target accounts and devote adequate time to each potential provider * Maintain mutually beneficial relationships with key customers, decision-makers and thought leaders * Demonstrate exceptional presentation skills, good administrative and organization skills * Providing set-up and utilization instructions on AOTIs TWO2 therapy direct to patient in-home QUALIFICATIONS * A passion for providing life-changing therapy to patients suffering from Diabetic and Venous ulcers * Highly competitive with a strong track record of success * Wound Care or experience in VA facilities highly preferred * Minimum of 2 years of Business to Business (B2B), direct selling or medical sales experience * Exceptional oral and written communication * Demonstrated ability to effectively present key concepts and recommendations to customers in formal and informal settings * Strong analytical skills to include pipeline management, territory analysis and territory management. * Demonstrated success with complex sales process * Experience selling in an environment with multiple call points and decision makers within an account * Track record of developing sales plans and executing on them for desired results EDUCATION * Bachelor's degree or relevant experience CORE COMPETENCIES * Integrity * Ingenuity and problem solving * Strong work ethic and perseverance * Business acumen * Emotional intelligence * Ability and aptitude to learn * Adherence to regulatory and ethical standards * Ability and desire to work independently within assigned geography ADDITIONAL SKILLS * Excellent analytical, written and verbal skills * Confidence to communicate with established physicians and other surgical personnel * Strong negotiation and selling skills * Interpersonal and political savvy within hospital or outpatient clinic setting * Team player * Must possess a valid driver's license The above position description is intended to describe the general content, identify the essential functions of, and requirement for the performance of this position.
