    Pay: Year 1 OTE $65,000 - $75,000
    $20.00 per hour + incentives and bonus
    0-50 Leads secured in a month: $5/per lead
    51-100 Leads secured in a month: $7.50/per lead
    100+ leads secured in a month: $10/per lead

    Type: Direct hire

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM CST

    Summary: This role focuses on engaging high-quality paid leads and warm database prospects provided by the agency, preparing them for our sales agents to close. Expect a fast-paced, phone-intensive environment.

    Job description:

    • Prospect Outreach: Contact potential clients via phone, email, and other channels to initiate conversations about insurance products and services.

    • Lead Qualification: Gather essential information from prospects to enable accurate insurance quotes and assess their needs.

    • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule follow-up calls for licensed agents to present quotes and close sales.

    • Pipeline Management: Maintain organized records of leads, follow-ups, and communication in CRM systems to ensure timely engagement.

    • Performance-Driven Growth: Demonstrate persistence, tenacity, and competitiveness to meet lead generation goals, with opportunities to advance to an Agency Producer role.

     

    What does success look like?

    • Week 1 – Script training, role-playing, onboarding, building confidence and making calls
    • Target 40 calls daily, 45-minute talk time, 2-3 leads daily (gathering info for producers)
    • Week 2 - Fully on the phones, collecting information
    • Week 4 – 80 calls daily, 2-hours talk time, once licensed they will begin quoting

    Requirements:

    • Must have (1)+ years of sales experience.
    • Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Able to clearly articulate personal motivations and demonstrate a strong internal drive to succeed.
    • Proven High Performance: Background in athletics, door-to-door sales, pest control sales, or similar roles requiring discipline and competitiveness.
    • Incentive-Driven Mindset: Motivated by earning potential—understands that income is directly tied to lead generation success.
    • Excellent Communication Skills: Comfortable engaging prospects over the phone and building rapport quickly.
    • Certification/licensing will be required to obtain.
    • Employer will perform testing.
    • Background check required.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
