    Job Description

    As a DIGITAL ADOPTION SPECIALIST, SPECIAL MARKETS, you will drive adoption and growth of Invisalign and iTero through successful implementation and utilization of the Align digital platform in targeted Dental Service Organization accounts via in-office engagements. You will apply your clinical expertise and demonstrate your comprehensive knowledge of dental office processes, workflows, thorough iTero proficiency and knowledge of iTero and Invisalign sales strategies, to identify opportunity for growth and accelerate revenue and higher case volume. You will build and leverage influential relationships with doctors by providing them with tailored insights to enable and inspire them to modernize and grow their business with optimization of iTero digital technology.

    You will perform a thorough customer “current state” assessment, prioritize and create a defined work path with each targeted customer to facilitate full adoption of the iTero scanner and Invisalign systems through account-level goal setting, understanding of business needs, leveraging training resources and implementing processes and procedures with doctors and staff, while maintaining a positive customer experience. As a representative of Align Technology, you are instrumental in communicating with customers, internal teams and leaders.

    • Provide clinical support to doctors to achieve the goal of full digital adoption in targeted accounts supporting the full adoption of iTero practices utilizing iTero scanners as part of routine patient health checks, for Invisalign and restorative scanning.

    • Foster positive relationships with entire practice teams within targeted practices. Build relationships with partners, utilizing a consultative and collaborative approach with the common goal of inspiring our customers to modernize and grow their business.

    • Deliver Clinical Training and presentations to a variety of customer types as well as internal audiences, to maximize implementation, utilization and integration of products, assisting them in implementing digital technology and refining office processes.

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a customer-facing training or consulting role.

    • Clinical degree in dentistry (RDH, EF, CDA, etc.) and/or dental office management experience preferred

    • 3-5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a related health industry (i.e. dental, orthodontic, practice etc.)

    • Strong interpersonal skills, adept at building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external customers.

    • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

    • Leadership, including the ability to organize and motivate.

    • Organization skills, including time management, multi-tasking and attention to detail.

    • Communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

    • Computer proficiency, including Windows OS, Microsoft Office and internet research.

    • Troubleshooting ability, including research and reasoning and problem-solving skills.
