    Qualifications

    • You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
    • You have 3+ years of experience in Android application development using primary Kotlin, but need to be familiar with Java.
    • Experience with the Android framework.
    • You have a background implementing MVVM architecture in Android applications.
    • Familiarity with third-party libraries such as RxJava, Dagger, and Retrofit.
    • Experience with Jetpack Compose.
    • Experience consuming RESTful APIs with Android applications.
    • Comfortable working in a team environment following the Agile methodology.
    • Understand Android UX and work with the design team to ensure UI designs are aligned with the current Android UI guidelines.
    • Proficient in writing Kotlin code for all new development, with experience working in Java.
    • Interest and Stay informed about relevant technology trends and developments.
    • Understand how to mock and provide end-to-end coverage for API components.
    • Have experience working with large code bases, working with a shared REST API library, and writing unit tests.
    • Can create rich user interactions using Jetpack components like navigation and transitions.
    • Experience with offline storage, background processing, threading, and performance optimization.
    • Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.)
    • Experience with a data warehouse like Snowflake, Redshift, or Spark
