Job Description

We are searching for a personable, thorough business to business Appointment Setter to contact prospective clients via telephone and e-mail. The Appointment Setter's responsibilities include promoting the Arrow Security brand in the marketplace by providing potential clients with our literature, asking to get on their bid list and ascertaining whether potential clients might be interested in our products and services, and then scheduling a time for our Sales Representatives to meet with each client. You will keep a log of all calls using our CRM software. You will also be responsible to help with administrative duties as needed.

To be successful as an Appointment Setter, you should be determined to achieve and surpass each of your work-related goals. Ultimately, an outstanding Appointment Setter will demonstrate a thorough understanding of building relationships and promoting the Arrow Security brand, including ways in which to garner clients' interest in meeting with our Sales Representatives. You will not need to do any selling.

Appointment Setter Responsibilities:

• Familiarizing yourself with essential details of Arrow Security Services
• Calling prospective clients using a list of phone numbers provided to you in our CRM software in areas directed from manager.
• Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise and forward to Sales Representative or VP as needed
• Fielding basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer.
• Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and a Sales Representative.
• Keeping a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered.
• Attempting to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact.
• Informing the Manager of recurrent product-related complaints that warrant addressing.

Appointment Setter Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or similar will be advantageous.
• Computer literate.
• Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent phone etiquette.
• Professional and courteous disposition.
• Persuasive and results-oriented

Salary and Bonus Structure

($520.00 per week) *Salary amount is inclusive of all work performed on behalf of Aron Security, Inc. and Arrow Security, Inc. within the weekly pay period and includes factored observed (7) Holidays.

Sick Time: Earned and Paid per Connecticut General Statute 31-57r-31-57w- Paid Sick Leave

Vacation: 5 paid days earned 180 days from employment start date and 10 paid days earned on the 2nd year anniversary.

Additional: You will receive $50.00 for each appointment set that is 40 hours per week or more. This must a qualified appointment You will also receive a onetime $1.00 per hour if a sale results. You will also be paid for every account that is sold as a result of an appointment set that is 1000 hpw or more, a $2.00 bonus per guard hour onetime payment for that account.
