Job Summary Improve existing database to support improved Supply Chain Management (SCM) decision making. Support audit preparation / internal SCM process improvement and general SCM support, including some administrative tasks. Work independently, with guidance from SCM and team members on the following projects: -Developing Industrial Process Flow Chart to capture key supplier connections related to production -Clean up Customer and Vendor database so that we have consistency in address, city, state, zip, and county code information. -Work transfer database support -Review ASL suppliers and document changes to ensure consistency in business systems -SCM desk- MRP orders, Grief, supplier follow up- late/due PO - ad hoc/ongoing support -Administrative support Minimum Qualifications: -Prefer junior or senior in an Operation/Supply Chain Management program -Eligibility Requirement: Must be a US Person (under ITAR rules) to be eligible. -This position may require knowledge of SOX / 404 internal audit controls and related documentation.
