Case Manger (Enforcement/Establishment) Child Support ATHENA Consulting

We are currently recruiting for Child Support Case Managers
(Enforcement) to begin work in mid-February 2018 in support of Baltimore
Citys new child support services contactor, Veritas HHS. These positions
will be conveniently located in an office at the Mondawmin Mall. This is
a long-term, ongoing position that pays $14.25 - $16.00 per hour (based
on experience) plus full benefits including paid time off, paid
holidays, medical insurance, 401k and more, and requires a
pre-employment criminal background check with fingerprinting. ATHENA

professionals to become a part of their team. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: *
Associates degree or paralegal certification preferred. * At least two
years of experience in a legal environment or in government case
processing. * Public contact experience preferred. * Education can be
substituted for years of experience. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Analyzes
case information and takes next steps. * Takes administrative
enforcement actions. * Prepares legal documents and correspondence
related to a case. * Works critical CSES prompts to keep case
information current and support automated case actions. * Responds to
case inquiries by phone, mail, or email. * Performs reviews on assigned
cases. * Performs quick locate functions. * Monitors Income Withholding
Orders for employer compliance (Paying Cases/IWOs). * Performs employer
outreach regarding child support services (Paying Cases/IWOs). * Other
duties as assigned. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $14.25 to $16.00 /hour
