    Join our team!

    Automated Health Systems is hiring full time customer service representatives.

    BILINGUAL SKILLS (I.E., SPANISH) A PLUS.

    Help others access their healthcare plans from HEALTHSOURCE RI!

    • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service and/or call center environment required.
    • Experience in health/human services and knowledge of Rhode Island Medicaid and the ACA preferred.
    • Strong PC proficiency required.
    • High School Diploma required. Associates Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.
    • Training will be Monday-Friday 10AM to 6:30 PM.
    • Training will be 3-4 weeks remotely

    ALL NECESSARY EQUIPMENT PROVIDED FOR WORK AT HOME. PICK UP AT OUR EAST PROVIDENCE LOCATION.
