    Job Description

    Automated Health Systems has part time call center positions available in Columbus, Ohio.

    As a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, you will be responsible for assisting individuals and families with enrollment into Medicaid programs.

    Qualifications for the position include:

    • Team player with excellent communication skills.
    • Customer-focused with a passion for helping people.
    • Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn.
    • HS Diploma required. Associate degree and/or call center experience preferred.
    • Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment.
    • Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.

    AVAILABLE SHIFTS FROM 7AM TO 8PM, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY AND 8AM TO 5 PM SATURDAY.
