Job Summary:
The Legal Technology Analyst is responsible for analyzing client provided electronically stored information (ESI). A Legal Technology Analyst will work with Project Managers to collect, processes, and exporting electronic data, ensuring desired outputs are satisfied.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collects, processing and exporting electronically stored information.
• Production of records according to specifications required by clients.
• Track eDiscovery data & ESI workflows and QC.
• Communicate project updates to management team.
• Provide innovative eDiscovery solutions to clients using legal technology software.
• Document procedural and reporting content per job/project in proper, secure locations
• Creating and maintaining hosted databases for clients.
• Tier 1 technical support for clients.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
• Strong general knowledge of computers.
• Possess strong time management, communication, and critical thinking skill.
• Possess strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
• Ability to professionally interact with clients in person and over the phone
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of specialized legal technology software.
• Previous related experience preferred.
