    Role Overview:

    Could you be our next Sr. Graphic Designer? Globe Life is looking for an experienced Sr. Graphic Designer to join the team!

    In this role, you will play a pivotal role in our in-house Marketing Department, engaging in a wide range of print and digital projects. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who excels at merging innovative design with corporate aesthetics. Adaptability, coachability, team orientation, and a keen eye for detail are essential.

    Success in this role is achieved by harnessing a distinctive creative style, outstanding typography and color skills, and the ability to convey our brand’s narrative effectively.

    This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, TX ( WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday) .

    What You Will Do:

    · Design a variety of high-quality marketing materials including but not limited to brochures, flyers, posters, magazines, ads, banners, emails, presentations.

    · Serve as a project leader, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion while fostering teamwork.

    · Expertly apply and creatively expand our brand identity systems, finding a balance between innovation and adherence to established guidelines.

    · Mentor less experienced team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to elevate our collective creative output.

    · Maintain regular communication with internal clients, ensuring diligent follow-through and follow-up to meet commitments and deadlines.

    · Excel in a fast-paced work environment, operating with minimal supervision and demonstrating significant independence and initiative.

    What You Can Bring:

    · A degree in graphic design or equivalent experience, supported by 6-8 years of professional design experience.

    · A strong portfolio that showcases a mix of corporate and creative design projects.

    · Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro) and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

    · Experience with style guides and branding.

    · A solid understanding of typography, layout, composition, and color theory.

    · Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

    · Excellent customer service skills, a "can-do" problem-solving attitude, and high adaptability to change.

    Nice to Have, But We’ll Teach You:

    · Familiarity with Adobe WorkFront.
