The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Responsibilities
Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Provide product and service information to customers when necessary
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience
Meet individual and team performance goals and quality standards

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
