    Responsibilities

    • Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner

    • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries with accuracy and efficiency

    • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

    • Provide product and service information to customers when necessary

    • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience

    • Meet individual and team performance goals and quality standards
