Multiple Construction Project Manager roles are available with a growing, industry leading full service construction company supporting big business projects in commercial and industrial sectors.

The Construction Project Manager must:

• Plan, monitor, and control the project execution throughout its lifecycle (bid, contract award, engineering/design, procurement, construction, and closeout).
• Prepare budget and cost estimates, along with work timetables
• Demonstrate the ability to identify complex project risks, lead constructability reviews, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to resolve issues as they arise effectively.
• Must have strong planning and organization skills with the ability to prioritize and plan work activities to meet schedules effectively.
• Industry-related college degree is required; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• A minimum of five (5) years of commercial construction experience, including project management experience, is required.
• Highly preferred experience working on projects that are $40M+ preferred.
• Ensure strict adherence to all Company and Regulatory Safety Policies, Procedures, and Practices.
