    Join our team as Customer Care Representative to play a pivotal role with maintaining relationships with external and internal customers while representing all product lines at Controlled Products, a subsidiary of the Chamberlain Group company. As a Customer Care Representatives you will stay up to date with product knowledge across all product lines and work in a dynamic, fast paced, customer centric environment where our contributions matter everyone and impacts our customers experience. The Customer Care Representative is responsible for general customer account administrative responsibilities, order entry, returns processing, order tracking, and any other customer inquiries. It is a gateway position to advance your career with us! Customer Care Representative Qualifications: * 2 years customer care experience. * Familiarity with manufacturing or distribution environment preferred. * Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office. * Attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and prioritize. * High school diploma or equivalent or some college experience. Customer Care Representative Overview: * Maintains heavy daily telephone contact with external and internal customers regarding product information. * Enters orders into the systems, and expedites them according to established processes and procedures. * Provides product information, pricing and availability. * Initiates and processes customer claims and disputes. * Provides sales and administrative support to the inside and outside sales teams. * Follows-up with customers regarding the status of their open orders and relay shipping information. * May assist with tracking and maintenance of accurate inventory records. * Provide assistance with shipping and receiving plus inventory counts. * Distribution center has both office and warehouse responsibilities. * Performs other duties as assigned.
